Government Hospital EN and AiN PAY RISE !

Your union has now signed the new agreement with the Department of Health, securing all Enrolled Nurses and Assistants in Nursing a pay rise.
 
The pay rise is divided into several payments over the coming months.

1. EN’s and AIN’s will receive an increase in hourly rates in the pay periods commencing 8th and 15th of September 2008.2. The back pay of the higher hourly rate from (7th October 2007) will be paid in the following pay fortnight commencing 22nd or 29th September 2008.

3. ADO’s – the new agreement sees everyone’s ADOs being calculated in the same method. Therefore some members will receive back pay for ADO’s. This will be paid in the pay commencing 6th and 13th October 2008.

4. After all of that is completed everyone is also entitled to another 4% pay rise commencing on 7th October 2008 and again another  4% in October 2009
